Why do some places encourage the feeding of wild animals and other places will put you in jail for it?
I believe that feeding wild animals(except in instances)is wrong and should be discouraged and even legalized, it disrupts entire ecosystems and takes away an animals natural fear of man(which is well deserved I might add)
